Residence Recovery LLC takes what you send seriously. This is a housing notice, not a treatment-records notice.
Information submitted through our inquiry and referrer forms is used so staff can answer you, screen for a bed, and follow the path: inquiry, call or Zoom, agreement, tour, move-in if approved.
We do not post what you send on this website. We do not sell it. We share it only with staff who need it to answer you, with people you name, or as the law requires.
Residence Recovery is housing, not a licensed treatment program. Federal 42 CFR Part 2 rules that cover some SUD treatment records, and HIPAA rules that cover some health-care providers, may not apply the same way here. Counsel can tighten this notice before first intake.
Do not put a Social Security number or a full medical chart on these forms.
